Geoff Nunn

BOARD ADVISOR & REMUNERATION SPECIALIST

Geoff is a specialist in corporate governance, board structures, organisation behaviour and transition and board and executive remuneration.  He has consulted extensively to the private sector.  Organisations include those from manufacturing, utilities, engineering, finance, insurance, automotive, resources and petroleum industries.  He has worked extensively with the government sector.

 

Over the past 25 years he has specialised in working with utility based organisations and has extensive knowledge of the sector and this issues it confronts.

Geoff has worked with over 100 Boards since 1993 on issues ranging from CEO succession and performance, governance standards, board effectiveness, charter drafting, director recruitment, executive and board remuneration.

Before entering consulting in 1993, Geoff spent twenty years in a range of senior human resource and remuneration management roles with the National Australia Bank, Public Transport Corporation of Victoria and RioTinto (CRA).

Geoff holds undergraduate qualifications in Accounting, a Graduate Diploma and a Master’s Degree in Organisation Behaviour from Swinburne University.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Di Percy

BOARD ADVISOR & TRANSITION SPECIALIST

Di Percy is a writer, coach, mentor and board advisor. She has conducted her consulting business since 1988, (operating as Diana Percy Pty Ltd and Vogel Percy & Co) providing corporate mentoring, advice and facilitation to Boards and CEOs. Di works with Geoff Nunn & Associates on strategy and governance projects.

 

After long experience as a board advisor, executive coach and life transition specialist, Di has returned to writing. In addition, she does depth mentoring with coaches, Chairs, Directors, CEOs and others seeking to make their lives a compelling expression of Self.

Di has worked with Boards and Executive Teams of companies such as AMP, Atlassian, Challenger, Jemena, Minter Ellison, World Vision, Pacific Brands and St Vincent’s Health. She has been a non-executive director on a number of boards, including the Committee for Economic Development Australia (CEDA), and is the founder and inaugural President of the internationally recognised Organisation Development Australia (ODA). For seven years Di taught post graduate Leadership and Organisation Psychology at RMIT University in the Schools of Business and Applied Science (Innovation).

Di has a Master’s Degree in Organisation Development from RMIT. As well as business interests, Di has studied depth psychology and initially trained and practiced Existential Therapy, Family Therapy and recently Trauma Therapy. She is a presenter with Science and NonDuality.

Ian Siebert

Senior Associate

Ian Siebert has worked as a management and organisational development consultant as well as an educator for over twenty years. His consulting expertise is in the areas of remuneration, leadership, organisation and management development and competency modelling. He worked as a Senior Consultant with the HayGroup for five years and has a twenty-five year association with Geoff Nunn & Associates.

 

Ian also provides individualised career development coaching services and has associations with several providers of higher education qualifications at the applied and practical end of the spectrum. His MBA facilitation includes Leadership, Change and development of Consulting Capabilities for managers.

He has extensive consulting experience in the service, manufacturing, finance, consumer products and higher education sectors. His exposure includes large and small organisations in both the public and private sectors as well as in for purpose social enterprises.

He currently works with the Australian Institute of Management and Swinburne Professional in the design and delivery of contemporary leadership and change management programs and was formerly the Director of Postgraduate Programs for AIM Victoria and Tasmania. He holds undergraduate qualifications in Higher Education and Economics and an MBA from Monash University.

    InsightPay (and its predecessor the NRC) has been conducting remuneration surveys and offering a range of services across Australia for over 30 years. In December 2016, its management transitioned to a new team. Our new team has a significant background in Human Resources management practice and our aim is to refresh, develop and expand the strong suite of products and services.

    Over time it is the plan to develop new products, strengthen existing products and to provide additional consultancy support. One of our first tasks is to engage with clients and other stakeholders to seek their input as we begin the task of refreshing and strengthening the InsightPay.
